since 1867 when Protestant work was started at
Bannack. Beaverhead County has had nine protestant
churches and as of 1922 had six which were active.

Earlier minister was Rev. E Gregory Prout. A D
Drummond was rector in the
early-mid 1880s (per marriage
records).
