A mailing list for Anaconda-Deer Lodge
County, MT has been created. The MTDEERLO-L & MTDEERLO-D Mailing Lists are
e-mail lists for anyone with a genealogical interest in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County. These
cities and communities for the most part include Anaconda, Opportunity, and Georgetown.
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE LIST:
There are Two Versions to
choose from:
1. MTDEERLO-L
is for individual messages to be delivered to your e-mail address.
As each subscriber to the list sends messages to the list address, you will receive a copy
of the message. To subscribe, send an e-mail message to: MTDEERLO-L-request@rootsweb.com
with one word in the body of the message: subscribe.
2. MTDEERLO-D is for a digest of several accumulated
messages to be delivered to your email address. As each subscriber to the list sends
messages to the list address, they are put into a digest to be delivered later. The digest
is generated approximately once a day and delivered to digest subscribers. This option is
handy for people who don't want multiple messages to accumulate in their mail box. To
subscribe, send an email message to: MTDEERLO-D request@rootsweb.com with one word in the
body of the message: subscribe.
Once you have subscribed to MTDEERLO-L or
MTDEERLO-D mailing lists, you will receive a welcome message with instructions how to post
to the list. You will also be instructed on how to unsubscribe should you need to at a
later time. Be sure to keep your Welcome message handy.
