My mother told me this picture was of them building a railroad bridge in or around Cascade, Montana. I have no idea of the date. Back of the photo has a studio mark "R. G. Williams Cyr. Montana"  I'm fairly certain that is what it says. The R is definite, guessing at the G.; Cyr. Montana is definite.
