"The Judith Basin Roller Mill and Frist Electric Light Plant was located on the south side of East Main, street, probably early 1890's.

1891 The Judith Basin Roller Mill produced  its first pound of flour just before the arrival of 1891. There was some conjecture in Lewistown as to whom the first woman would be to bake a batch of bread using the locally-produced flour.
