At the dedication of Waterton-Glacier International Park, Montana.  The Native Americans are from the Blackfeet Nation, and Joseph Dixon was a US Representative, US Senator, MT Governor, and US Interior Secretary. Mr. Dixon is the great grandfather of submitter Steve Shook'swife.
