Laurin, Montana, (pronounced "La-RAY"). In Madison County Montana was once aNorthern Pacific Railroad Station. IT was known as Cicero until a Canadian. John Laurin,purchased land there and opened a trading store nearby. The store provided materials forthe miners in the region as well as acted as a trading post for Native American furs.
