County was one of the original nine - early naturalization,
homestead, marriage info may be found here. This is one of the
few genenalogy groups in Eastern Montana. They maintain many
records at the Glendive Library and volunteers will do limited
look-ups for a small fee. |

their home page you can download a good free PAF genealogy
software that offers nice organization, notes, and a ged.com
exchange option. From the search tab, one can access the
Social Security Death Index, the 1880 US Census, IGI
files, which represents fairly accurate vitals taken from
official state and church records. "The Ancestral File is a collection of genealogical information taken from Pedigree Charts and Family Group Records submitted to the Family History Department since 1978. The information has not been verified against any official records. Since the information in Ancestral File is contributed, it is the responsibility of those who use the file to verify its accuracy." Submitter Names can be located by clicking on the Details link. |
