MARRIAGE ANNULLED

The marriage of Polly Barbara Cole to Robert B. Lilly was annulled by Judge Edwin M. Lamb yesterday afternoon on the application of the father of the young woman, who was appointed her guardian on the ground that the Girl as a minor at the time the ceremony was performed.  The girl, who is 16 years and 6 months old, was given permission to resume her maiden name.


COMPLAINT FILED

W. C. Fraser, proprietor of a soft drink parlor at 339 South Arizona street, and his bartender, Pete Obrad, are charged in a complaint issued out of the county attorney’s office yesterday by Deputy County Attorney Frank L. Riley with selling intoxicating liquor.

The remains of Michael H. Kennedy, aged 75 years, are at the Sherman & Reed parlors, from where the funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9:00 o’clock, proceeding to the Sacred Heart church, where mass will be celebrated at 9:30 o’clock.  Funeral private.  Interment in St. Patrick’s cemetery.

Frances Alvira, the infant daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Matt Bugni, of Elk Park, died this afternoon.  The funeral will be held tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon from Elk Park, proceeding to Holy Savior church, where services will be held at 2:00 o’clock.  Interment in Holy Cross cemetery.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Mary Lenihan, aged 56 years will take place tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 9 o’clock at  the family residence, 33 West Center street, proceeding to St. Lawrence’s church, where mass will be celebrated at 9:30 o’clock.  Interment in the Holy Cross cemetery.

Michael Leahy, aged 46 years, died this afternoon.  The funeral will take place at the family residence, No. 2 East Summit street, at a time to be announced later.

The funeral of Lucile E., daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Hans Eggum will be held tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon at the home, 63 Locust street, at 2 o’clock, Rev. Mr. Fulford officiating.

The funeral of the late Bert McLoon had been postponed pending the arrival of an uncle from St. Louis, Mo.  The remains are at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. James McDonnell, 29 West Aluminum street, from where the will be removed to the Masonic temple for services at a time to be announced in later papers.

The funeral of the late Adam Allman was held this morning from the Daly-Shea parlors at 9 o'clock, the Rev. Martin Hudtloff officiating.  Interment was made in the Mountain View cemetery.


DIVORCE SUIT FILED 

Divorce proceedings were started yesterday by Attorney David Wittenburg in the case of Emma Shore Johnson against Joseph O. Johnson on the alleged grounds of cruelty and non-support.  Mr. and Mrs. Johnson were married in Deadwood, S. D., October 8, 1913.  There is one child, a daughter, Helen, aged 5 years.
