Home of beautiful Flathead Lake, the Flathead Indian Reservation, Bob Marshall Wilderness Area, the National Bison Range and some of the most extraordinary scenery you'll ever see.
Formed on August 11, 1923, from parts of Flathead and Missoula Counties, Lake County is Montana's second youngest county. Polson is its county seat.
